CeJae’ K. Payne: Not finding employment in my field of Graphic Design.
What is the significant difference your business brings to the market?
CeJae’ K. Payne: We answer emails and messages within 24 hours. We also have a unique look to our design style.
How did you decide on the location for your business?
CeJae’ K. Payne: I work from home.
How important have good employees been to your success?
CeJae’ K. Payne: I work by myself.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
CeJae’ K. Payne: When clients email or call me to let me know that they love the design or how I made their idea come to life.
Describe/outline your typical day?
CeJae’ K. Payne: Other than my full time job at a warehouse I just design for clients after hours and on weekends.
How do you build a successful customer base?
CeJae’ K. Payne: Always answering client as soon as possible. Fast turnarounds also emergency client work which makes the client go from being stressed out to happy.
What has been your most successful form of marketing?
CeJae’ K. Payne: Facebook, business cards but mostly word of mouth.
What kind of culture exists in your organization?
CeJae’ K. Payne: Bermudian, Canadian, Jamaican and Bahamian
Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
CeJae’ K. Payne: To be bigger and provide more services to clients.
