18 HSBC Employees Clean Up For Earth Day

Helping to maintain the beauty of our island home was at the top of the Earth Day agenda for a number of HSBC’s employees, as eighteen HSBC employees joined forces with Keep Bermuda Beautiful [KBB] on Friday, April 22nd as just one of the ways the Bank marked Earth Day.

“This particular call to action was spearheaded by HSBC’s internal Employee Resource Group – Generation ‘Y’ who had expressed a keen interest in doing their part to support the community with KBB, while recognizing Earth Day,” a spokesperson said.

“The site chosen for the clean up was Fort Scaur and surrounding areas of Ely’s Harbour. Apart from the effort required to meet the challenge, the HSBC team enjoyed a fun filled afternoon, team building with colleagues, in one of the many beautiful areas of an island we are lucky enough to call home.”
